  21. This goes against the non-commercial nature of newgroups. Apart from that
  22. you would have to go through a number of steps, like announcing in
  23. comp.newgroups or something to that ilk and waiting for approval, discussion
  24. and finally a voting process. You chances of creating a
  25. comp.sys.amiga.pagestream or similar newsgroup are very slim at best.

  27. A far better idea is a mailing list or indeed a Web site. The latter can
  28. also be extended with a form for input towards you.
